Paul Lynch

Paul started in estate agency after leaving college in 1993 and he started working for Romans in 2001. Having managed numerous offices throughout the Romans network, qualifying as an Associate of the RICS in 2019 and culminating in winning ‘office of the year’ at Guildford in 2023, he is now National Business Development Manager at First for Auctions, establishing and nurturing relationships with estate agents nationwide. With over 30 years’ experience in the residential sales market, Paul's understanding of the home moving process from both a customer and business perspective is second to none.

Paul lives near Guildford and is married with two children. Most of his spare time is spent having fun with family and looking after their menagerie of pets, including dogs, chickens, ducks, quails, and ferrets!
